• The Digital Industry isn't regulated so we're not, but we are members of the FSB and bound by its general code of professional ethics.
• We have Insurances coming out of our ears: Public Liability - £1 million, Employers Liability - £10 million and Professional Indemnity - £25,000.
• We take any complaints a bit seriously - if you ever have one, put it in writing to Jim Morrison, Managing Director and we'll get back to you within 5 days with a suggested resolution.
